Butter Chicken

Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani)

Prep Time: 20 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken with spices, yogurt, and lemon juice for 1 hour.
  2. Sauté onions in butter, add garlic-ginger paste, then tomatoes.
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream, simmer, and garnish with coriander.
Chicken Biryani

Chicken Biryani

Prep Time: 30 mins | Cook Time: 40 mins | Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken
  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Biryani masala
  • Mint & coriander
  • Whole spices

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, spices, and herbs.
  2. Fry onions, cook chicken with tomatoes and masala.
  3. Layer partially cooked rice over chicken, seal and cook on low.
  4. Garnish and serve hot.
Palak Paneer

Palak Paneer

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt, spices to taste

Instructions:

  1. Blanch spinach, then blend to a puree.
  2. Sauté onion, tomato, and spices, add spinach puree.
  3. Add paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Chole

Chole (Chickpea Curry)

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 25 mins | Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chickpeas (boiled)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Chole masala
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onions, add garlic-ginger and tomato puree.
  2. Add chole masala, salt, and chickpeas.
  3. Simmer for 10–15 minutes and garnish.
Masala Dosa

Masala Dosa

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • Dosa batter
  • 3 potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Mustard seeds, curry leaves
  • Turmeric, salt

Instructions:

  1. Sauté mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion; add mashed potatoes and spices.
  2. Spread batter on pan, add filling, fold dosa.
  3. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
