Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani)

Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken with spices, yogurt, and lemon juice for 1 hour.
- Sauté onions in butter, add garlic-ginger paste, then tomatoes.
- Add marinated chicken and cook for 20 minutes.
- Stir in cream, simmer, and garnish with coriander.
